1. OUR POLICY

As a growing brand focused on premium quality and limited production, we are currently refining our global operations. At this stage, we do not offer a general return or refund system. However, every order is meaningful to us. While we do not offer refunds as a standard policy, we approach every request with care and are open to reviewing special cases with understanding.

  • Submission Window: All requests must be submitted within 5 days of order arrival.

  • Processing Time: The entire process may take 20–30 days depending on your location.

2. WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE?

We accept exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: (e.g., torn fabric, discoloration, structural damage).

  • Incorrect Fulfillment: The item received is incorrect in design, color, or size compared to your confirmed order.

  • Size Exchange: If you wish to change the size of the product.

    • Note: For size exchanges, customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs and any applicable customs fees/taxes.

Important Notes:

  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.

  • Items that have been tailored or altered upon request are not eligible for exchange.

3. DEADLINE TO REQUEST

All exchange requests—including those due to product defects or shipping errors—must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date. We are unable to process any requests beyond this period.

4. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt.

  • Mandatory Requirement: For defect claims, a continuous unboxing video is required. The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the defect at the time of unboxing.

5. HOW TO START

  • Step 1: Submit Your Request Please email us at savant.sgsg@gmail.com with your Order ID, product photos, and the mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Step 2: Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team (2–3 working days).

  • Step 3: Pack and return the item to SAVANT as instructed within the next 5 days.

  • Step 4: SAVANT receives and inspects the returned product (10–14 working days).

  • Step 5: SAVANT prepares and ships the replacement item (2–3 working days).

  • Step 6: Customer receives the new item, completing the process (10–14 working days).

6. SHIPPING & FEES

  • Defects/Our Mistake: SAVANT will cover all round-trip shipping costs.

  • Size Exchanges: Customers cover two-way shipping and customs duties. We will confirm these costs before moving forward.

  • Value: Exchanges are only available for items of equal or higher value.

7. SALE ITEMS

Please note that products purchased during sales or promotional periods are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
